About the Role

This position involves leading the development of scalable solutions for existing websites, utilizing modular components and focusing on maintainability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive the creation of high-quality, component-based systems for our websites.
  • Collaborate with the team to review designs and ensure deployment safety, resilience, scalability, performance, and security.
  • Maintain the overall performance of our websites while ensuring compliance with current standards and best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience with Drupal (e.g., Drupal 7/8/9) architecture, APIs, and module development.
  • Proficiency in the LAMP stack (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP) and front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Node.js).
  • Strong understanding of system design, distributed systems, and microservices architecture.
  • Experience with website Search technologies and solutions like OpenSearch, Solr, and Elastic Search.
  • Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems (e.g., Git).
