Job Summary

We're looking for a qualified Skin Trainer to join our team. As a Skin Trainer, you'll be responsible for training and developing the technical skills of our technician workforce in skin services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective training plans and strategies
  • Create engaging and informative training content
  • Evaluate and assess the skills of our technicians
  • Collaborate with external education providers
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to our technicians
  • Conduct regular salon visits to monitor progress
  • Evaluate and assess new technicians
  • Contribute to the development of new services and treatments
  • Analyse data to improve service delivery

Requirements

To succeed as a Skin Trainer, you'll need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A graduate degree or equivalent in beauty therapy
  • CIDESCO certification and mastery-level skills in all skin services
  • Minimum 3-4 years of on-floor experience and 6-8 years of experience in training
  • Strong planning and execution abilities
  • Basic computer skills, including MS Excel and PowerPoint
