Lead Frontend Engineer

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Lead Frontend Engineer to play a key role in shaping the future of AI-powered education. As a member of our team, you will lead the development of our interactive platform and contribute to architecture discussions with a focus on scalability and performance.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop high-quality React components with Zustand and TailwindCSS, ensuring scalability and performance.
  • Mentor junior developers and guide the overall front-end craft, promoting code reviews and design patterns.
  • Explore and implement micro front-end architectures, including POCs for embedding low-code apps into React.
  • Integrate APIs and WebSockets to enable real-time agent interactions and gamified UI elements, enhancing user engagement.
Requirements:
  • 4–6 years of hands-on front-end/UI development experience, with a strong portfolio of projects demonstrating expertise.
  • Strong expertise in React and its ecosystem, with proficiency in state management (Zustand) and TailwindCSS.
  • Understanding of real-time communication (WebSockets), with familiarity with micro front-end architecture and low-code integrations.
  • Strong grasp of design patterns, code reviews, and scalable UI practices, with an agile mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
