About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Director of Data Standardization to join our Global Product Development and Supply (GPS) organization. This critical role will play a key part in enabling reliable and consistent delivery of medicines to patients faster. You'll be responsible for driving the implementation of data standards across the GPS Network, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Standardization: Translate Functional Committee decisions into actionable plans for delivery, ensuring timely updates to GPS Network data standards documentation.
  • Remediation: Collaborate with Business leads to coordinate remediation activities for existing data, partnering with IT and respective Business teams as needed.
  • System Alignment: Perform impact assessments and ensure successful implementation of system changes, including testing and user acceptance.
Qualifications & Experience

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A B.S. or BA in supply chain, management, engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 3-7 years of experience in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, or Regulatory Management.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Strategic Data Management disciplines, including Data Governance, Master Data Management, and Data Quality Management.
