Mindrops is a dynamic and innovative company looking for an experienced Senior Mobile Application Developer to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will play a crucial role in designing and building sophisticated and highly scalable mobile applications using Flutter.

The ideal candidate should have 1.5-3 years of experience in developing Android/iOS applications and have successfully deployed them on Google Play/App Store.

Beneath the surface of this role lies a plethora of responsibilities that demand not only technical prowess but also exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and build sophisticated and highly scalable apps using Flutter.
  • Build custom packages in Flutter leveraging native Android and iOS functionalities and APIs.
  • Translate and implement high-quality responsive UI designs and wireframes.
  • Identify and resolve existing system issues, suggest new features, and enhance the overall system efficiency.
  • Suggest space and time-efficient data structures.
  • Develop code following best practices and ensuring it remains well-documented and structured.
  • Manage project documentation and maintain up-to-date Git repositories to facilitate collaboration among team members.
  • Evaluate security guidelines adherence during app development and work closely with customer-facing representatives on software design and maintenance.
  • Conduct performance profiling and memory leak assessments.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Flutter and related technologies.
  • Strong experience in developing mobile applications for Android and iOS.
  • Deep understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design.
  • Ability to identify and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
