Evoke Technologies is a leading provider of data-driven solutions, and we're seeking a seasoned Data Science Director to lead our practice.

About the Role

As a Data Science Director, you will be responsible for providing consulting, advisory, and implementation services to our customers. You will engage in presales and sales activities, focusing on estimation, proposal making, and presentation. You will also develop and maintain robust data processing pipelines and reproducible modeling pipelines, explore data, and communicate insights clearly. Additionally, you will manage a team of data scientists and senior data scientists, analyze experimental results, iterate and refine models to create significant business impact, build analytic systems and predictive models, and test performance of data-driven products.

Responsibilities
  • Provide consulting, advisory, and implementation services to customers in Data Science.
  • Engage in presales and sales activities for Data Science Practice with a focus on estimation, proposal making, and presentation.
  • Develop and maintain robust data processing pipelines and reproducible modeling pipelines.
  • Explore data and communicate insights clearly.
  • Manage a team of data scientists and senior data scientists.
  • Analyze experimental results, iterate and refine models to create significant business impact.
  • Build analytic systems and predictive models.
  • Test performance of data-driven products.
Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.

Required Skills
  • Data Analytics Model development and deployment.
  • Strong forecasting experience.
  • Exposure to developing predictive analytics and machine learning algorithms for business applications.
  • Good knowledge of data management and visualization techniques.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL, R, Python, Hadoop.
  • Artificial Intelligence and Gen AI.
  • Computer Vision.
  • Time series and forecasting.
  • AWS or Azure or GCP Cloud and CI/CD.
  • Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js.
  • Hadoop and Spark.
