Job Title: Production Optimization Specialist About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Optimization Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the production process, from design and development to implementation and optimization. Key Responsibilities:
  • Process Optimization: Continuously assess and improve manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize resource utilization.
  • Production Planning: Work closely with production planners and schedulers to develop production schedules that meet customer demand while maximizing productivity and minimizing downtime.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Collaborate with maintenance technicians and engineers to develop preventive maintenance plans for production equipment and machinery.
  • Quality Assurance: Partner with quality assurance teams to establish and maintain quality standards for manufactured products.
  • New Product Introduction: Lead the transition of new products from the design phase to full-scale production.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline production workflows, resolve operational issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of engineering principles and practices.
  • Proven track record of success in a manufacturing environment.

  • Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and statistical analysis.
