About the Role:

We seek an experienced SEO Content Writer with expertise in gaming or e-commerce industry. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of SEO best practices and hands-on experience with keyword research tools. Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills are essential along with adaptability to tone and voice for different content formats and target audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research, plan and write optimized long-form articles, guides and blog posts for gaming-related topics.
  • Implement on-page SEO techniques including keyword placement, meta titles and descriptions, internal linking and headings optimization.
  • Stay updated on Google algorithms and SEO trends to adjust strategies.
  • Develop culturally inclusive and localized content that resonates with international customers.

Gaming & E-Commerce Industry Focused Writing:

  • Produce engaging content on game reviews, industry trends, tips and tricks, character deep dives and gaming culture.
  • Adapt content style to appeal to various gamer demographics and platforms.
  • Create compelling product descriptions and category pages highlighting features, benefits and unique selling points.

Required Skills:

  • Experience in scriptwriting for game trailers or gameplay videos.
  • Familiarity with web analytics tools (Google Analytics).
  • Understanding of content marketing funnels and conversion-focused writing.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML for SEO implementation.
