Job Title:

Financial Expert for Dynamics 365 Finance

Are you a seasoned professional with expertise in financial accounting and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations? We're looking for someone with a strong understanding of financial principles and processes.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep knowledge of the financial modules of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, including GST, account payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, fixed asset, tax, and cash bank modules. They should be able to configure and implement these modules, design financial processes, and provide guidance on financial system best practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with client teams to understand requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Dynamics 365 Finance users.
  • Assist with system configuration and customization to meet business needs.
  • Conduct user training sessions and develop training materials.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems.
  • Monitor system performance and resolve any issues.
  • Document configurations, customizations, and technical specifications.
  • Assist in project management tasks related to Dynamics 365 Finance implementations.
  • Identify opportunities for system enhancements and process improvements.

Qualifications:

  • 5-10 years of experience working with D365 or/and AX versions.
  • CA/MBA/Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles and processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
  • Project management experience is a plus.
  • Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance is an advantage.

Skills:

  • Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 finance functional for GST, Account payable, Accounts Receivable, General ledger, Fixed Asset, TAX, Cash bank modules.
  • Understanding of finance and Tax cycle from end-users' perspective and improve the process.
  • Report generation and mapping accounts and create Chart of accounts, COA structure.
  • Data sorting and migration.
  • Enhancement and development in system reports.
  • Additional customization for new processes.
  • Support in integration processes.
  • User training and support.
