This individual will oversee the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, working closely with hiring managers to ensure a seamless experience. A key requirement of this role is someone who understands the unique demands of a high-growth startup and is adept at building relationships, managing multiple priorities, and delivering results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • End-to-End Recruitment:
    • Manage the full recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding for roles across functions such as engineering, product, marketing, and operations.
  • Talent Sourcing:
    • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates through various channels (e.g., social media, job boards, networking, referrals).
  • Candidate Experience:
    • Deliver a high-quality experience for all candidates, ensuring clear communication, timely feedback, and a positive representation of the company brand.
  • Stakeholder Management:
    • Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand hiring needs, create job descriptions, and establish recruitment timelines.
  • Employer Branding:
    • Contribute to the company's employer branding efforts by developing engaging recruitment content, attending networking events, and sharing company culture stories.
  • Data-Driven Recruitment:
    • Utilize data and metrics to track recruitment performance, analyze trends, and continuously improve hiring processes.
  • Diversity & Inclusion:
    • Drive initiatives to attract diverse talent and create an inclusive hiring process that aligns with the company's D&I goals.
  • Market Insights:
    • Stay updated on hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, and best practices within the startup ecosystem to keep a competitive edge in attracting top talent.

Estimated Salary: ₹25 Lacs - ₹35 Lacs per annum

Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. 4–6 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong track record in high-growth startups.

Proven expertise in sourcing and hiring across various functions, especially in fast-paced environments. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.

Demonstrated ability to build relationships with stakeholders and manage expectations effectively. Data-driven mindset with an understanding of recruitment analytics and metrics.
