Requirements:
  • 4-8 years of experience in design and development of automotive interior components.
  • Product knowledge of automotive interior components, including foam, plastic, metals, and soft trims.
  • Experience in full product lifecycle management, from concept generation to product launch execution.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with suppliers and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong practitioner of basic engineering processes, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Working experience in UG NX.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Desired Skills:
  • Intercultural experience, with onsite experience or working exposure in Europe/European clients an added advantage.
  • German language skills an added advantage.
  • Excellent analytical and assertive skills.
  • Good understanding of product development process.
  • Knowledge of Mercedes-Benz cars portfolio an added advantage.
