Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Project Manager Intern to support planning, execution, and delivery of projects in battery R&D, manufacturing, and cross-functional areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and coordinating internal projects across Engineering, Operations, and R&D.
- Track progress, deadlines, deliverables, and risks with strong communication skills.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, timelines, and reports.
- Organize meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Identify bottlenecks and suggest process improvements.
Qualifications:
- Pursuing or recently completed Bachelor's/Master's in Engineering, Business, Energy, or related field.
- Knowledge of project management principles (Agile, Scrum) is required.
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, Zoho, or Jira is essential.
- Strong multitasking skills and passion for battery tech, clean energy, or sustainability are desirable.
Bonus Skills:
- Familiarity with Gantt charts or scheduling tools is an advantage.
- Internship/academic experience in startups or engineering projects is valuable.
- Project management certifications (CAPM, PMP, Agile) are beneficial.
