About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Payroll Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing multi-state, weekly payroll for Restaurant team members at assigned locations.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

Responsibilities include:

  • Processing, auditing, reviewing, and reconciling restaurant payrolls on a weekly basis
  • Maintaining customer service through timely responses to emails and tickets
  • Maintaining confidentiality for all payroll-related items
  • Assisting Operations with payroll corrections
  • Researching and resolving payroll matters
  • Correcting job codes, rates, and wage reclassification requests
  • Inputting missing hours
  • Inputting mileage, per diem, and tip adjustments
  • Researching Wisely message/ADP Failure tickets
  • Assisting with audit reports
  • Handling mail for garnishments and employment verification
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • High school diploma required
  • Undergraduate degree in business or accounting preferred
  • 1–2 years of payroll experience required
  • Experience with Workday or comparable software a plus
