Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Graphic Designer who can bring creativity, innovation, and technical expertise to our dynamic team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing high-quality creative assets, conceptualizing and creating motion graphics, collaborating with the creative and marketing teams, adapting designs across multiple formats, editing raw video footage, and staying updated with current design and video trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Designing high-quality creative assets such as social media posts, logos, banners, brochures, packaging, and marketing collaterals that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
  2. Conceptualizing and creating motion graphics, GIFs, reels, and animations for digital platforms to enhance visual storytelling and audience engagement.
  3. Collaborating with the creative and marketing teams to develop campaign visuals ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.
  4. Adapting designs across multiple formats including print, digital, e-commerce, and outdoor media to meet project requirements and platform standards.
  5. Editing raw video footage into engaging final outputs supporting broader marketing initiatives.
  6. Staying updated with current design and video trends bringing fresh ideas, creative solutions, and industry best practices to projects.
  7. Managing multiple deadlines and ensuring the delivery of high-quality work that meets client expectations.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  1. A proven experience as a Graphic Designer and Video Editor with a stronger focus on graphic design.
  2. A strong command of Adobe Creative Suite Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDRAW for graphic design; Premiere Pro, After Effects for video editing.
  3. Experience in social media content creation branding packaging logo design, and ad creatives with an understanding of visual trends.
  4. Knowledge of e-commerce product design/editing is a plus.
  5. A creative mindset with attention to detail, visual storytelling, and the ability to translate ideas into designs.
  6. Strong communication skills in English and Hindi, with the ability to work collaboratively.
