Key Role in Human Resources:

  • Performance Management:

    • Implement employee recognition programs to enhance engagement and retention.
  • Compensation and Benefits Management:
    • Assist in administering compensation and benefits programs.
    • Guide Leadership on annual salary revisions, manage bonus payouts, and address employee inquiries.
  • Learning and Development:
    • Identify gaps in technical competencies and soft skills across job roles.
    • Implement training methods, including workshops, seminars, e-learning modules, and on-the-job training.
    • Coordinate with subject matter experts and external trainers for high-quality training sessions.
  • Organizational Culture and Employee Engagement:
    • Foster a positive culture that promotes engagement, inclusivity, and productivity.
    • Develop strategies to measure and improve employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Organizational Design and Structure:
    • Assess and design organizational structures to support business goals and improve efficiency.
    • Define roles and responsibilities for clarity and accountability.
  • Employee Relations:
    • Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures to support organizational goals.
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
