About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the position of Chief Academic Director at Manav Rachna International School. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in shaping the academic direction of our institution and ensuring the highest standards of education for our students.

Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Strategic Planning: Develop and implement effective academic strategies to drive school improvement and enhance student outcomes.
  • Teaching and Learning: Oversee the teaching and learning process, ensuring that curriculum is relevant, engaging, and aligned with national standards.
  • Teacher Management: Manage and support a team of teachers, providing coaching, mentoring, and professional development opportunities to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Safeguarding and Wellbeing: Ensure that safeguarding procedures are in place and implemented effectively, promoting a safe and supportive learning environment for all students.
  • Budget Management: Manage the school budget for academic expenditures, including resources, materials, and staff development.
  • Parent Communication: Maintain regular communication with parents, keeping them informed about their child's progress and involving them in the educational process.
  • Inspection Preparation
  • Performance Reporting: Provide regular reports on academic performance, highlighting areas of strength and weakness, and making recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: Proven experience in leadership roles, with a track record of driving academic improvement and enhancing student outcomes.
  • Academic Expertise: Strong knowledge of curriculum design, teaching methods, and assessment practices.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically, analyzing data and developing plans to drive school improvement.
