Main Responsibilities

  1. Business Analysis: Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the technical team, ensuring that projects and solutions align with business goals and requirements.
  2. Solution Design: Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements, objectives, and challenges, and translate these into comprehensive, scalable, and efficient B2B Commerce solutions using Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud and related technologies.
  3. Salesforce Expertise: Possess deep knowledge of the Salesforce B2B Commerce platform, including hands-on experience with B2B Commerce Cloud and related Salesforce products such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
  4. System Integration: Define integration strategies and patterns to connect Salesforce B2B Commerce with various external systems, such as ERP, CRM, payment gateways, and third-party applications.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field with at least 5 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect, specifically in designing and implementing B2B Commerce solutions.
  • Salesforce Certifications: Salesforce B2B Commerce Admin Accredited Professional, and relevant architect domain certifications (Data, Integration, Security).
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud, Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and APIs.
  • Familiarity with JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.
