Job Description

This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive category growth in a fast-paced dynamic environment. As an Associate - Category Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of specific fashion categories through strategic marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns to achieve category targets (GMV, AOV, and conversion rates).
  • Identify growth opportunities using customer insights and competitive benchmarking.
  • End-to-end ownership for business in terms of ensuring planned traffic is delivered via different organic and inorganic traffic sources.
  • Troubleshoot day-to-day merchandising, launch, and marketing activities and provide end-to-end solutions for day-to-day operations.
Digital Marketing and On-App Experience Execution
  • Work with the performance marketing team to run category-specific ads on platforms such as Google, Facebook, and Instagram.
  • Oversee SEO and SEM strategies for category visibility and engagement.
  • Plan brand marketing campaigns with respective brand marketing stakeholders on a need basis.
