Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled individual to lead our API integration efforts. This remote role will focus on managing integrations and driving continuous optimisation with clients and suppliers.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end API integrations ensuring performance, reliability, and scalability.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support integration processes across all phases.
  • Define, document, and communicate integration requirements clearly for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Maintain and enhance integration roadmaps for key clients and suppliers.
  • Monitor and assess integration performance, identifying areas for improvement and leading optimisation efforts.
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications using tools like ClickUp and Jira.
  • Provide post-integration support including troubleshooting and continuous improvement recommendations.
