Visual Design Expertise

We are a marketplace providing construction services. Our expertise and industry status enable us to create an ecosystem of trust for our stakeholders, including customers, professionals, and material vendors.

Construction has been a highly unorganized and severely tech-deficit industry globally. We aim to not only organize but disrupt the industry completely using technology and process – creating a playbook for the industry.

  • We are expanding to over 12 cities within a short period and have secured significant funding through various rounds.

Our dynamic work environment celebrates innovation and excellence. As a Visual Designer, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by developing skills and contributing to growth and success in the construction industry.

The role involves creating impactful visual designs across digital and print media, collaborating with creative and marketing teams to enhance brand presence and user engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design engaging creatives for digital campaigns (social media, banners, emailers) and print assets (brochures, posters, packaging).
  2. Lead assigned design projects from ideation to final output, upholding brand guidelines, typography, colour, and visual standards.
  3. Revise and adapt designs based on feedback, collaborating actively with stakeholders.
  4. Prepare artwork files for production and digital use, ensuring technical accuracy.
  5. Coordinate with marketing and content teams on concept development and execution.
  6. Stay updated on design trends and propose fresh ideas.
  7. Manage multiple projects, meeting quality and deadline expectations.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years' professional experience as a Graphic Designer, with projects spanning digital and offline channels.
  • Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and Familiarity with Figma or Sketch is a plus.
  • Experience in designing for printed and fabricated assets such as banners, canopies, POS materials, and other marketing collateral.
  • Strong portfolio showing digital and print/offline work.
  • Excellent design sense for colour, type, layout, and brand identity.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field (preferred).
  • Knowledge of print production, finishing processes, and file preparation for fabrication.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Experience with motion graphics/video tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  • Basic UX/UI
  • Ability in photography and image retouching.
