The Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Governance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with laws and regulations related to corporate governance. You will also act as a liaison between our secretarial function and other departments, shareholders, and senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling compliances, including SEBI, Companies Act, and RBI requirements
  • Liaising with external regulators and advisors, such as lawyers and stock exchanges
  • Developing and implementing processes to ensure good governance and management
  • Proficient in secretarial documentation

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience as a Company Secretary with a reputed organization
  • Experience in conducting Board/Committee meetings, executing big corporate transactions, and ensuring corporate law compliance
  • Proficient in secretarial documentation
  • Education: Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI)

Salary Range: ₹27 lakhs - ₹37 lakhs per annum
