We are seeking a senior professional to join our team in the Asset Management field.

The ideal candidate will possess advanced Excel skills, including modeling, pivot tables, and data visualization tools. They will also have strong accounting knowledge and be able to read, interpret, and analyze property-level and portfolio-level financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).

• Key responsibilities include evaluating asset performance vs. budget and historical benchmarks, identifying key trends, anomalies, and KPIs across financial statements, and synthesizing findings into actionable insights for the asset management team.
• Critical thinking skills are essential, with the ability to actively question assumptions, seek clarity, and work independently to uncover causes and performance drivers with the help of operations and accounting.
• Effective communication skills are required to relay financial insights and operational observations to the team lead in a structured and concise manner.
• Project management skills, including coordinating timelines, managing deliverables, and tracking progress across multiple projects and deadlines, are also essential.

Additional qualifications include experience working cross-functionally with property managers, leasing teams, finance, and ownership. Familiarity with Yardi/StarRez is a plus.
