**Required Skills and Qualifications**
  • Strong System Design and Architecture Skills: With good understanding of SOLID principles, design patterns, and clean coding practices.
  • Backend Experience: Two or more of Elixir, Java, Python, Golang, Node.js, Ruby, with a willingness to upskill on any of these stacks.
  • Database Knowledge: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MariaDB, or any RDBMS, with strong SQL and performance tuning skills, as well as database design expertise.
  • Cloud and DevOps Experience: Docker, Kubernetes, and Agile development methodologies.
  • API Design and Development: Microservices, concurrency concepts, data models, and user interface development using modern web frameworks like React.
  • Soft Skills: A solution-oriented mindset, leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and confidence in expressing oneself.
