Job Title:

SAP Ariba Procurement Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the implementation of SAP Ariba solutions across various procurement processes such as sourcing, procurement, supplier management, and contract management.
  • Configure and customize SAP Ariba modules according to business requirements, ensuring optimized performance and usability.
  • Integrate SAP Ariba with other SAP systems and third-party applications to create a seamless flow of data and optimize procurement operations.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand procurement workflows and business requirements, mapping these processes to SAP Ariba solutions.
  • Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and resolution for issues related to SAP Ariba functionalities, modules, and integrations.
  • Train end-users and functional teams on efficient use of SAP Ariba solutions.
  • Support the development and execution of test cases, conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), and validate the solution to ensure it meets business requirements.
  • Stay updated on the latest SAP Ariba features, updates, and industry best practices, recommending and implementing improvements to optimize procurement processes.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
  • Experience in SAP Ariba, specifically in procurement, supplier management, sourcing, or contract management.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP Ariba modules such as procurement, sourcing, supplier management, contract management, and Ariba Network.
  • Understanding of SAP Ariba integration with other SAP systems and third-party systems.
  • Experience with SAP Ariba implementation projects, including configuration, business process mapping, testing, and go-live support.
  • Good understanding of procurement processes and supply chain management.
  • Familiarity with Cloud-based solutions and ability to leverage cloud technologies for optimization and automation.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues in complex systems.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and business teams.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies for project management and delivery.
