Oracle EBS Administration Specialist

As a highly skilled Oracle EBS administration specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our cloud-based Oracle EBS environment.

  • Migrate on-premises Oracle EBS 12.2 and Oracle Database 19c Solaris to OCI, leveraging your expertise in managing and administering Oracle EBS in the cloud.
  • Manage and administer Oracle EBS in a cloud environment, driving business growth through efficient system management.
  • Develop and implement robust backup recovery patching and cloning strategies for Oracle EBS and databases in OCI, minimizing downtime and ensuring high availability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address security risks, implementing best-in-class database security auditing and monitoring practices.
  • Utilize automation tools such as Ansible Terraform or OCI-specific automation capabilities to streamline system management and enhance overall efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to EBS and database environments in OCI, providing expert-level support.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Oracle EBusiness Suite R12 architecture and processes, enabling informed decision-making.
  • Configure and maintain the E-Business R12 environment, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
  • Support the EBS Financial Modules like AP AR and GL Products, driving financial accuracy and compliance.
  • Investigate and resolve issues related to Apache oacore oc4j Forms services and apps login through SSO, ensuring seamless user experience.

Requirements:

  • 3.5+ years of experience in Oracle EBS administration, with a proven track record of success.
  • Expertise in managing and administering Oracle EBS in a cloud environment, with a strong focus on business growth and system efficiency.
  • In-depth knowledge of OCI services including Compute Block Storage Object Storage Networking Oracle Cloud Autonomous Services, driving innovation and scalability.
