Salesforce Marketing Cloud Technical Solutions Specialist Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Marketing Cloud Technical Solutions Specialist to join our team at Technoidentity. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in designing and implementing customer journeys and marketing automation in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including automation setup, Journey setup, Email and SMS communication channel.
The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, including working experience with integrations to back-end systems, specifically with Salesforce CRM, as well as experience with REST/SOAP API integrations, SDKs, MySQL, Oracle, or MS SQL Server functionality, and server-side scripting languages such as AMP Script, SSJS, SQL, SOQL, HTML, XML, JavaScript, HTTP, CSS, XSLT, AJAX, jQuery.
In addition to technical expertise, the candidate should have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and provide cost-effective marketing technology solutions to address business challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement customer journeys and marketing automation in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Collaborate with IT partners to design and implement integrations to back-end systems.
- Develop and maintain automation setup, Journey setup, Email and SMS communication channel.
- Provide technical support and guidance to stakeholders on Salesforce Marketing Cloud best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in Salesforce Marketing Cloud technology.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science or Information Technology.
- At least 4 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, with a focus on technical training and development.
- Strong knowledge of subscriber schema and audience builder within SFMC, data mapping, and system integration experience into marketing automation and service tools.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
