Our goal is to build a future where technology meets innovation.We're seeking a Senior Engineer to join our team in India.The successful candidate will be responsible for leading Agile ceremonies, providing mentorship and training for engineers, performing and delegating engineering assignments for production readiness, working with global teams for effective technical solutions, conducting research for product development and tools selection, escalating issues and participating in on-call support rotations, monitoring key metrics and reporting trends, participating in the Engineering Community of Practice, contributing to automation, management, or development of production level systems, and contributing to project engineering design and standards verification.In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on complex projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive technological advancements.   1. Technical leadership and collaboration: Lead Agile ceremonies and guide a team of engineers in the development of industry-leading technology solutions.
  2. Mentorship and training: Provide hands-on training and guidance to junior engineers, helping them develop their skills and expertise.
  3. Engineering operations: Perform and delegate engineering assignments, ensuring production readiness and delivering high-quality results.
  4. Global collaboration: Work with international teams to develop and implement effective technical solutions.
  5. Research and development: Conduct research to aid in product troubleshooting and optimization efforts, as well as identify new technologies and trends.
  6. Issue escalation and support: Escalate issues and participate in on-call support rotations to ensure timely resolution and minimize downtime.
  7. Metrics and reporting: Monitor key metrics and report trends to inform business decisions and optimize performance.
  8. Community engagement: Participate in the Engineering Community of Practice to share knowledge, best practices, and ideas.
  9. Automation and system development: Contribute to the development of automation, management, and production-level systems.
Required skills and qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • 10-12+ years of Full Stack engineering experience.
  • 6+ years of experience with Angular / AngularJS.
  • 6+ years of experience in HTML, CSS, and cross-browser compatible code.
  • A solid understanding of AJAX, JavaScript, and Bootstrap framework (2+ years in Bootstrap).
  • 6+ years of experience with RESTful services.
  • Familiarity with testing frameworks (basic experience, e.g., Cypress).
  • Hands-on experience with complex Angular applications, directives, controllers, and services.
  • Strong knowledge of programming languages like Java.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with designing applications using frameworks like Spring Boot and Java microservices.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with designing and implementing systems using cloud technologies and services like AWS Lambda and AWS S3.
  • Strong knowledge and working experience with data integration technologies like Kafka.
  • Strong knowledge and working experience with API-based system design.
  • Strong experience working with relational and no-sql databases like Postgres and MongoDB.
  • Strong working experience with containers and container orchestration systems like Kubernetes.
  • Strong hands-on experience with CI/CD workflows.
  • Ability to learn and work quickly with new emerging technologies and solutions.
  • Good knowledge and experience in Agile methodology and Jira/Confluence.
  • Good to have knowledge and experience with infrastructure provisioning tools like Terraform and workflow orchestration tools like Airflow.
  • Good to have experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake), ETL, and SQL optimization for large-scale data transformations.
