Job Title: Flutter Application Developer

We are seeking a skilled Flutter application developer to design, develop and maintain cross-platform applications using Flutter technology.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in building and maintaining scalable, accessible and high-quality mobile and web applications.

You will collaborate with designers, backend developers and other team members to deliver successful projects and ensure the best possible outcome.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop cross-platform applications using Flutter framework for mobile and web platforms.
  • Implement state management using Provider effectively for scalable and maintainable applications.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers and backend engineers to deliver new features and improvements.
  • Write clean, maintainable and testable code following best practices and coding standards.
  • Debug, troubleshoot and optimize application performance across platforms.
  • Ensure accessibility compliance (WCAG 2.1 AA standards) for web and mobile applications.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3-4 years of professional experience as a Flutter Developer.
  • Proven experience in Flutter Web development.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Provider for state management.
  • Solid understanding of Flutter architecture, widgets and rendering pipeline.
  • Experience integrating REST APIs and working with JSON data.
  • Good knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines and Agile workflows.

Additional Requirements:

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Familiarity with performance optimization and app lifecycle management.
  • Exposure to other state management approaches (e.g., Riverpod, BLoC, Redux).

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience building animations and smooth UI transitions in Flutter.
  • Knowledge of Accessibility best practices (WCAG 2.1 AA).
  • Familiarity with cloud-based deployment options and DevOps practices.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with testing frameworks and tools (e.g., Mockito, JUnit).
  • Proficiency in a version control system (e.g., Git).
  • Affinity for continuous learning and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
