**Job Overview**

We are seeking a seasoned UI/UX Designer Lead with experience leading and managing a team of designers. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in UI/UX design, a proven ability to translate user needs into effective designs, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Leading and managing a team of UI/UX designers to create user-friendly and engaging designs.
  • Conducting user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
  • Collaborating with other teams to ensure that designs meet business needs.
  • Staying up-to-date on the latest trends in UI/UX design.
  • Having strong knowledge in Adobe tools and Figma.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
  • Over 5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, including team leadership.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects.
  • A clear understanding of visual hierarchy and information design concepts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
