Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Security Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and managing robust security frameworks and risk controls across cloud platforms.

About the Role:

The Cloud Security Expert will be responsible for configuring and monitoring security policies in cloud infrastructure, setting up and continuously improving cloud security solutions, performing risk assessments and compliance audits, and collaborating with business and technical teams to align security controls with business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design user roles, data security, and access controls within cloud applications.
  • Implement and maintain security policies in cloud infrastructure (CI).
  • Configure and monitor PaaS-level security and compliance requirements.
  • Set up and continuously improve cloud security solutions, including Advanced Financial Controls (AFC) and Segregation of Duties (SoD).
  • Perform risk assessments and compliance audits, supporting internal and external regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to align security controls with business processes.
  • Respond to security incidents and perform root cause analysis.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of experience in cloud security.
  • Proven expertise in cloud risk management (CRM) and related governance frameworks.
  • Strong knowledge of role-based access control (RBAC) and audit policies.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud identity and access management (IAM) concepts.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Cloud certifications (preferred but not required).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with compliance standards such as SOX, GDPR.
  • Knowledge of automation and monitoring tools related to cloud security.
