Job Title: Data Migration Expert

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless data transitions, acting as a bridge between global and local teams. This expert oversees the end-to-end execution of data migration activities, collaborating closely with business and functional teams to deliver high-quality results.

  • Serve as the focal point for deployment wave projects, ensuring timely delivery and accurate data transformation.
  • Collaborate with Business Data Owners, Functional Experts, ETL teams, legacy system teams, and deployment teams to drive migration activities forward.
  • Verify data transformation tools and outputs for deployment wave projects, guaranteeing data integrity and quality.
  • Manage DMW load file preparation, perform initial verification, and execute DVT scripts to support defect/hypercare incident resolution.
  • Coordinate defect resolution or escalate to Global Data Migration Experts as needed, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of ERP project implementation experience, with strong data migration expertise.
  • Proven experience in data migration execution across multi-country, multi-system environments.
  • Hands-on knowledge of SAP BODS, with a strong understanding of GxP and CSV requirements.
  • SAP Certified in at least one relevant functional area.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a global, matrix-based organization.
  • Strategic and hands-on mindset, with experience running meetings, tracking progress, and managing issues.
  • Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with fluency in English (additional languages preferred).
