Job Title

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improve client satisfaction.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality consulting services and achieve operational excellence.
  • Mentor and develop team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and convert them into revenue-generating projects.
  • Design and implement efficient processes and systems to improve productivity and reduce costs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a consulting or leadership role with a strong track record of delivery.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or International Business (MBA/CA Inter preferred).
  • Knowledge of GST, IGST refunds, exports, MCA filings, subsidy schemes, audit processes, and international trade consulting.
