Technical Leadership Role, Amazon India Payments Team

Amazon's India Payments Team is on a mission to deliver seamless payment experiences to our customers. We need a seasoned Senior Technical Program Manager to drive large-scale initiatives and provide technical direction for our global teams.
Job DescriptionIn this role, you will be responsible for defining and executing key initiatives, leading multiple engineering teams, and developing roadmaps for architectural changes. You will work closely with business and technical teams to understand specific business needs and innovate new features.
You will assess risk, develop risk mitigation plans, anticipate and resolve bottlenecks, manage issue escalation, and make tradeoffs balancing business needs versus technical concerns and compliance requirements.
Requirements- 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience;
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience;
- 3+ years of software development experience;
