Contract Specialist
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our organization as a Contract Specialist. This role involves managing the entire contract lifecycle, vendor management, and procurement process ensuring compliance, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field and 3-8 years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, contract management, and vendor relationship management preferably within a technology organization.
The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of contracting principles and vendor management best practices, proficiency in MS Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat, and experience with e-signature tools and spend management tools.
Additionally, the candidate should have excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to manage and resolve conflicts effectively.
This is a full-time permanent position requiring onsite work as per company return-to-work policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications- Bachelor s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 3-8 years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, contract management, and vendor relationship management
- Strong knowledge of contracting principles and vendor management best practices
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
- Experience with e-signature tools (Adobe Sign, DocuSign) and spend management tools (SAP, Coupa, Raindrop, etc.)
- Strong financial acumen and ability to analyze spend data
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage and resolve conflicts effectively
