Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Manager to streamline our supply chain, manage inventory efficiently, and improve overall operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Management
  • Monitor stock levels and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Coordinate stock replenishments and optimize inventory turnover.
  • Conduct regular audits to minimize discrepancies and losses.
  • Work closely with suppliers to track shipments and ensure timely deliveries.

Operations, Logistics & Warehouse

  • Oversee order fulfilment, from procurement to dispatch.
  • Collaborate with warehouse teams to improve storage and distribution processes.
  • Optimize workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate with logistics partners for smooth transportation and delivery.

Process Improvement & Reporting

  • Analyse inventory and sales data to forecast demand.
  • Identify bottlenecks in operations and suggest process improvements.
  • Generate reports on stock movement, turnover rates, and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in inventory management, operations, or supply chain.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in inventory management software.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
