You will focus on enhancing quality processes and methodologies, ensuring that the testing lifecycle is efficient and effective, ultimately driving quality across the application lifecycle.
- Expected to be an SME in quality assurance methodologies.
- Collaborate and manage the team to achieve desired outcomes.
- Responsible for team decisions and strategic planning.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate training and mentorship for junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Continuously evaluate and improve testing processes to ensure optimal performance and quality.
- Must have proficiency in automated testing tools and frameworks.
- Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies and best practices.
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets to inform testing strategies.
- Familiarity with defect tracking and test management tools.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance.
The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. A degree in a relevant field is required.
