Job Description

To join our global team of Manufacturing Execution System (MES) experts, we are seeking a highly skilled Product Owner to lead the development and implementation of digital products.

This role will be responsible for managing the end-to-end lifecycle of digital products from concept to retirement. The successful candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent communication skills to facilitate open discussion between stakeholders.

  • Develop and prioritize backlog user stories, focusing on technical requirements and acceptance criteria.
  • Drive release and support planning, ensuring timely execution of market strategies.
  • Facilitate communication and stakeholder engagement through developing and maintaining effective strategies and plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement new MES products in line with business needs.
  • Manage product features, prioritizing based on impact vs value.
  • Own the creation and prioritization of MES product capabilities backlogs.
  • Identify and communicate stakeholder relationship needs.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you should possess the following qualifications and experience:

  • Honors degree in an IT discipline or STEM field.
  • 4+ years' experience in an IT product owner or business analyst role.
  • 3+ years' experience working in cross-functional teams.
  • 2+ years' experience in digital roles such as product owner or Scrum master.
