We are seeking a highly skilled individual to drive the development of cutting-edge AI solutions. With significant expertise in AI and machine learning, our team has developed innovative applications that address complex challenges in governance, risk management, and compliance.

This role combines technical leadership with collaboration and growth opportunities. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in AI/ML model building, training, and evaluation, as well as knowledge of Python and modern ML/AI libraries.

The successful applicant will be responsible for defining and leading the architecture of new systems, integrating open-source AI testing and assurance libraries into deployable frameworks, and delivering lightweight, portable solutions in cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement AI models that meet fairness, robustness, explainability, and governance principles.
  • Create reproducible pipelines for evaluation, benchmarking, and reporting.
  • Design dashboards and artefacts suitable for supervisors, standards bodies, and clients.

Necessary Skills & Experience:

  • Proven track record in AI/ML model building and deployment.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and modern ML/AI libraries.
  • Experience with cloud computing and scaling, training, and deployment of AI models.
  • Awareness of Responsible AI frameworks and best practices.
  • Familiarity with explainability and fairness tools.
