Full-Stack AI Engineer Opportunity

We're seeking a highly skilled Full-Stack AI Engineer to join our team in developing cutting-edge AI solutions. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for building and optimizing AI models using efficient, production-ready code.

  • You will design, develop, and deploy AI models that meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
  • You will work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into our existing systems and applications.
  • You will collaborate with data scientists to fine-tune models using datasets for SFT and RLHF.

Requirements:

  • Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript (ES6+).
  • Experience with Node.js or NestJS, plus a modern frontend framework (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
  • Comfortable with modular development, scalable systems, and secure coding practices.
  • Skilled with Docker.
  • Clear communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Bonus Points:

  • Hands-on experience with LLMs (e.g. ChatGPT, prompting, fine-tuning).
  • A background in test-driven development, QA, or automated testing.
