Lead Designer Opportunity

  • Collaborate with customers to deliver premium home design solutions, from initial meetings to finalizing designs.
  • Foster close relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored design services, including quoting, detailed designing, and production drawings.
  • Prioritize and execute multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze sales data and project timelines to optimize design offerings and improve customer experience.

Key Skills and Qualifications

Mandatory Requirements

  • Diploma in Interior Designing or Architecture from a reputable institution.
  • At least 10 years of industry experience or 6 years with 2 years in the field.
  • Site experience is essential, with confidence in proposed designs' feasibility for installation.
  • Strong customer focus, delivering functional and aesthetically pleasing designs within budget constraints.
  • Residential project experience is required.
  • Proficiency in Google Sketchup software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate and defend design ideas.
  • English language proficiency is mandatory, with local language knowledge desirable.
