Responsibilities:

The SCM Analyst will be responsible for several key tasks, including:
1. Generating and analyzing critical part lists from CMMS3
2. Liaising with suppliers on a daily basis for shipments
3. Arranging airfreight of critical parts for customer plants as per procedures in a timely manner
4. Ensuring supplier/part resourcing are done effectively and updated in the system
5. Highlighting any potential production risk to customer plants and involving other departments as required

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in material flow, manufacturing, and supply chain/logistics. They should possess excellent oral and written communication skills in English and have knowledge of corporate MRP systems. Analytical skills and operation skills on Alteryx, Power BI/QlikSense/GCP are also highly valued. Knowledge of MS Office is a must.
