About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Medical Equipment Tester to join our team at Getinge India Pvt Ltd. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for verifying the functionality and safety of our medical equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- System/Subsystem/Software Testing: Perform comprehensive testing of systems, subsystems, and software with a focus on the healthcare domain.
- Test Case and Script Management: Create, maintain, and execute test cases and test scripts for functional and regression testing.
- Electronics Hardware and Communication Protocols: Work with electronics hardware and possess a strong understanding of communication protocols relevant to medical equipment.
- Medical Equipment Testing: Utilize healthcare domain knowledge to conduct rigorous testing of medical equipment, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure that software meets user requirements and is delivered within the stipulated timeline.
- Defect Management: Manage the entire defect lifecycle, including raising new defects, performing defect analysis, and following up to ensure timely closure.
- Agile Methodologies: Actively participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process.
- Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent communication and interaction skills, facilitating clear and effective collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
- Industry Experience: Leverage previous experience in MedTech or a similar industry to bring valuable insights and best practices to the testing process.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience working in the system/subsystem/software testing field in healthcare domain.
- Experience in working with Electronics hardware and understanding on communication protocols.
- Healthcare domain knowledge with the experience of working on medical equipment's testing.
- Good communication and interaction skills.
- Previous experience from company in MedTech or similar industry.
