Job Overview

We are seeking a highly qualified Pharmaceutical Academic Professional to join our team. As a key member of our faculty, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality education and training to students in core pharmacy subjects.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver engaging lectures on Pharmacology, Pharmaceutics, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Pharmacognosy, and other relevant topics.
  • Create and implement course materials, lesson plans, lab manuals, and assignments that meet the needs of students.
  • Supervise and guide students in practical labs, research projects, and internships to ensure they gain hands-on experience and develop essential skills.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the pharmaceutical industry and integrate them into your teaching to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of the subject.
  • Participate in curriculum development and accreditation processes to ensure our programs meet the highest standards.
  • Evaluate student performance through exams, assessments, and class participation to identify areas for improvement and provide feedback.
  • Support students academically and professionally through mentoring and counseling to help them achieve their full potential.
  • Attend departmental meetings, seminars, and contribute to academic committees to stay informed about industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
  • A Master's degree in Pharmacy (M. Pharm) or PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences is required.
  • You must have strong subject knowledge and excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex information to students.
  • Familiarity with AICTE/PCI norms and academic regulations is essential.
Preferred Skills:
  • Research aptitude with published work in journals (UGC/Scopus indexed preferred).
  • Proficiency in using digital teaching tools (LMS, virtual labs, etc.)
  • Industry exposure or collaborations (bonus)
