We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at Smart Work Consultants. As a Sales Executive - IT Services, you will be responsible for generating new business leads and prospects through cold calling and research, building relationships with potential clients to understand their IT needs, and presenting IT solutions and services to clients via phone and email.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business leads and prospects through cold calling and research
  • Build relationships with potential clients to understand their IT needs
  • Present IT solutions and services to clients via phone and email
  • Handle objections and negotiate sales deals
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in telesales, preferably in IT services
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
