Key Responsibilities:- Assay Development: Develop, optimize, and qualify cell-based functional assays to evaluate potency, cytotoxicity, and immune functionality of CAR-NK and CAR-γδT cell products.
- In Vitro Characterization: Perform in vitro characterization of cell therapy candidates, including degranulation, cytokine release, and viability assays.
- Quality Control: Support QC testing and product release in compliance with SOPs and regulatory guidelines.
- Data Management: Maintain detailed experimental records and contribute to data analysis and report preparation.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with R&D and process development teams for assay transfer and scale-up readiness.
