A creative and self-driven YouTube Producer is sought after to develop engaging content that boosts viewership and subscriber growth. The ideal candidate will collaborate with a team of writers, editors, designers, and strategists to craft compelling stories that resonate with the audience.

This role requires a unique blend of creativity, technical skills, and attention to detail. Responsibilities include:

  • Designing original video concepts tailored to the brand's niche and target audience.
  • Crafting scripts that combine storytelling, education, and entertainment, optimized for viewer retention.
  • Leading the production process from ideation to execution, including scripting, filming, editing oversight, and publishing.
  • Coordinating with collaborators to ensure timely and high-quality video delivery.
  • Creating clickbait titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails.
  • Analyzing video metrics and retention analytics to inform data-driven decisions.

Qualifications include:

  • At least 3 years of experience in video content creation or digital storytelling, preferably for YouTube.
  • Strong scriptwriting and storytelling skills.
  • Deep understanding of YouTube's algorithm, SEO, analytics, and audience psychology.
  • Familiarity with video production tools like Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, Notion, Frame.io, etc.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
