Role Overview

We seek a skilled Project Manager to oversee and deliver high-impact consulting assignments in hospitality, tourism, and leisure. This role requires strong project management capabilities, excellent client-facing skills, and a deep understanding of the consulting environment in the GCC.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead multi-disciplinary teams through all phases of project execution from initiation to completion
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, ensuring alignment with client requirements and internal governance
  • Oversee day-to-day project activities, maintaining adherence to established SOPs and approval processes
  • Coordinate and supervise the work of consultants, analysts, and external partners to achieve project milestones
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, fostering clear communication and expectation management
  • Prepare and deliver high-quality reports, presentations, and strategic recommendations to clients
  • Monitor project risks and develop proactive mitigation strategies
  • Support business development activities by managing proposals, timelines, and tender submissions
  • Conduct post-project reviews and lessons learned to drive continuous improvement

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, economics, business administration, tourism, or a related field (Master's preferred)
  • 5-7 years of experience in consulting, preferably within real estate, tourism, or hospitality sectors
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools
  • Proven experience leading complex projects in diverse environments
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and project collaboration platforms
