  • Collaborate with and support leaders and their teams from multiple areas of expertise to ensure strategies and data science products are aligned and support business and operating results.
  • Leadership in Model Development: Spearhead the development of advanced machine learning and predictive modeling strategies from scratch, enhancing business decision-making and customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Advanced degree in STEM engineering degrees or equivalent work experience with experience preferred in related fields.
  • Demonstrable expertise in Machine Learning and AI (Artificial Intelligence).
  • Expertise in programming languages and tools such as SQL, Python, R.
  • Ability to communicate complex topics and methodologies to a wide audience in concise and clear terms.
  • 7+ years of related experience required.
  • Experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.
  • Strong deductive reasoning & diagnostic problem-solving skills.
  • Possess good interpersonal and communications skills.
