Visionary Drafter

We're seeking a detail-oriented Drafter to contribute to landmark infrastructure projects.

• Translate Conceptual Sketches into Meticulous Drawings: Utilize advanced software to transform conceptual sketches and specifications into precise, construction-ready drawings.
• Ensure Compliance & Quality: Apply in-depth knowledge of building codes and regulations to ensure all designs are compliant, safe, and of the highest standard.
• Collaborate for Success: Work closely with architects and engineers to integrate structural, electrical, and mechanical plans into a cohesive design.
• Drive Project Efficiency: Assist in material selection, quantity take-offs, and cost estimations to support project planning and procurement.
• Solve Complex Challenges: Use analytical skills to identify and resolve design issues, ensuring smooth project execution from start to finish.

• Experience: 5+ years of professional experience as an Architectural Drafter, with a strong portfolio in building/infrastructure projects.
• Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in AutoCAD is essential. Experience with Revit or other BIM software is highly valued.
• Knowledge: Deep understanding of building design, construction materials, technical specifications, and Indian building codes.
• Soft Skills: A keen eye for detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills.
• Education: An Associate's degree, Diploma, or certification in Architectural Drafting, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
