**Job Title:** Infrastructure Development Manager

At our organization, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Civil Engineer to join our team as an Infrastructure Development Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional who wants to work on complex infrastructure projects.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage civil construction activities, including structural work and erection tasks on site, ensuring that they are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with industry standards.
  • Collaborate closely with project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to achieve project goals, meet deadlines, and ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Identify critical project areas, prioritize tasks, and allocate resources effectively to ensure smooth execution.
  • Evaluate project progress, adjust resource allocation, and resolve on-site challenges promptly to minimize delays and costs.

**Requirements:

  • Strong expertise in structural and erection work related to industrial projects, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Excellent knowledge of resource estimation, project scheduling, and quality control processes, with the ability to apply them in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with relevant safety standards, environmental regulations, and best practices in the industry.
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings, resolve technical issues, and communicate complex information effectively to various stakeholders.

**Preferred Qualifications:

  • B.E/B.Tech in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.
  • Diploma in Civil Engineering with significant experience in the field.
